Linde & Larsen ApS and Flightcases International A/S merge

It is with great pleasure that we can now officially announce the final merger of the two companies Linde & Larsen ApS and Flightcases International A/S.

With the merger, Flightcases International A/S will move all activities to Linde & Larsen ApS's current location, as it has succeeded in acquiring the remaining part of Linde & Larsen ApS's current property.

This means that the new joint the company will have a total of more than 8,000 m2 for administration, production and storage. A total of 75 employees, turnover of more than Euro 18,7 million and solid earnings. The new company will become one of Europe's largest in its field, with the sale and production of professional cases, custom foam interior and foam products for the industry.


With the merger, the company will offer customers in Europe the largest selection of standard and specially produced cases as well as a wide selection within foam packaging and technical foam.
The goal is to continue the strong growth of both companies and achieve a turnover of Euro 33 million within the next few years.


The planned growth also includes investments in new production equipment, expansion of the product range and expansion of sales activities in on new export markets.
Initially, the company's focus will be is currently Scandinavia and Austria, but sales and production in 4 new countries is in the process of being negotiated, and will be presented shortly.


Linde Larsen ApS
Linde Larsen ApS was founded in 2001 and is Scandinavia's largest manufacturer of professional cases fitted with foam fittings as well as foam solutions for packaging and technical solutions. The majority of customers come from Industry and the Armed Forces at home and abroad, as well as an extensive dealer network.


The company has a total of approx. 45 employees, production in Denmark and Poland and a turnover in the last financial year of EUR 10 million.


Flightcases International A/S
Flightcases International A/S has roots dating back to 1978 and is one of Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of professional cases and storage equipment for professional use. The company produces custom-built Flightcases and IP-Cases and has a larger production of custom interior for standard cases and custom-built cases


The company has a total of approx. 30 employees and a turnover in the last financial year of EUR 8,7 million, with production in Denmark and partners in Finland and Austria.
